Location:Las Vegas, NevadaBecome one of the stars behind the show and become part of the world’s most powerful entertainment brands. Our Company has one exciting mission: To entertain the human race .

Greet guests and interact with guests.

Provide excellent customer service.

Create an excellent experience for the guests.

Work under guidance and follow Supervisor's direction and needs.

Show guests to seats and attend to their needs.

Adhere to the policies, practices and procedures of the property and department.

Watch stations throughout the show to monitor guest behaviors including picture taking, camcorders and disrupting of the show.

Handle guest complaints.

Be knowledgeable of showroom layout and show times.

Monitor door and guest entry and exit.

Perform all other job related duties as requested.

Required:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Excellent customer service skills.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

Previous theatre or box office experience.

Previous experience with two way radio.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
