Description

You might be interested in Robert Half Technology's new job opening for a Service Desk Technician, if you want to work in a fast-paced environment. Looking for five bilingual English and Spanish speaking agents to join the team for a 2 month project. Are you a creative with a talent for solving both routine and unique problems? Do you enjoy solving problems for end users? This opportunity is remote from home supporting end users with device, OS, or application issues for distance learning. May be taking calls from students or parents to support their devices and applications. Bilingual is a must, and experience supporting both Apple and Windows devices is preferred.

Will be required to provide at least two professional references and complete a background check.

Key responsibilities- Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, or chat

Requirements

- 1+ years of prior experience with either helpdesk support, desktop support, PC Tech or equivalent training & education- Previous experience creating tickets and managing ticket que in an ITSM tool like ServiceNow, Jira, or Kaseya- Understanding of basic networking concepts- Background working with Apple Devices- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows- General familiarity with Active Directory- Foundational knowledge in Desktop Operating System- Adeptness in Microsoft Office 365 or G-Suit- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Windows 10- Understanding of Desktop Application- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
