- Work with business owners to collect and document Business Requirements and conduct JAD sessions
- Work with technical staff to collect and document Technical Requirements
- Work with team to determine applicable Business Processes needed for day to day operations after Go-Live
- Coordinate with development team and QA
- Ensure team understands the requirements to develop product(s) & execute solutions
- Create test cases and help with testing
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity as it relates to project management
