Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests.

Collect money from players and purchase chips from cashier on their behalf.

Deliver chips to players in a timely manner.

Assist the Phone Desk Attendant in answering phones when needed.

Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensures efficient operations.

Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, greet fellow employees and thank them when they lend assistance.

Notify Shift Manager of any customer issues and/or proactively resolve any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary.

Notify supervisor/manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.

Maintain general property knowledge.

Performs all other job related duties as requested.

Required:

At least 21 years of age.

At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

Previous Gaming experience.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
