Pet Supply/ Dog Grooming/Self-Dog Wash
NOTE: We are an "Essential Business". I'm looking for reliable trustworthy help that is customer service orientated.
Supervisor (NLV/Aliante)
Compensation: Depends on experience
Employment type: Part-Time to Full Time (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquire product knowledge information provided by the company to assist customers with their pet needs
Create additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate items
Participate in putting away large deliveries, checking off product on invoice that was received
Ensure merchandise is clean and visually displayed to company standard
Schedule grooming appointments and make vet calls to verify customer's dogs are up to date on shots
Count down drawer at end of shift
Must be comfortable around dogs and having to handle them on occasions
Lots of cleaning duties which include; cleaning self-wash tubs, dusting, mopping, laundry, etc.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Have some sort of experience interacting with animals, or even have pets of your own
1 year minimum of customer service or sales experience
Effective customer and people interaction abilities
Ability to MULTI-TASK in a fast-paced environment (This is key, if you can't multitask, please don't apply)
Open Availability, weekends, & holidays. (We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years and
Easter)
Note: At times this is a very busy multitasking job. If you can't multitask do not apply!
Physical requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
