Monitors and charts all freezer and cooler temps. Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMP’s, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers/vendors or employees of the organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintains engine room and boiler equipment.

Monitors and charts all freezer and cooler temps.

Runs daily boiler water test.

Maintains and PMs all air conditioning and ventilation equipment.

Maintains and PMs chiller equipment.

Maintains boilers and all related equipment.

Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMP’s, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers/vendors or employees of the organization.

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Driver’s license

Must possess good mechanical and electrical skills.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Must to able to work with minimal supervision.
