Installation Training & Support Manager:
Seeking a motivated and self-directed candidate to join a growing team at Closets by Design of Denver. Candidate should have leadership skills and some woodworking experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, crew assignments for installation, Inventory control, job readiness verification, technical & operational training for new installation personnel, and installation supervision. Will need to understand and be able to communicate the company philosophy around lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality standards. This position will also support the Production and Cutlist departments.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience woodworking/installation melamine durable manufacturing in a 32mm environment. Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge working in Excel. Must possess good written and verbal skills as well as the ability to follow the Organization’s proven franchise model.
