Apache Camper Center in Bellevue, NE has been in business for over 50 years with 3 locations in Nebraska. We are currently looking for qualified person for a Service Manager(would like some RV experience, will train right person) for our Bellevue location. Prefer persons who enjoy the RV lifestyle and wants to join our team. Candidates should have a proven track record as a sales and service professional as well as someone with management experience preferred.
Service Manager
Oversee the repair scheduling while coaching and working with service staff. Maintain a clean and a safe shop and work environment. Ensure a balance between efficiency, labor rates and expenses for the service department. Clarify and deal with customers in a positive manner. Responsible for a profitable operation of the service department. Result driven and a desire to make a positive impact. Work closely with other department managers to maintain work flow.
Desired skill and experience:
Team leader and able to display leadership and manage others. Problem solver and stable under pressure. Strong communication skills verbal and written. Reliable and strong work ethic.
