Big Frog Custom T-shirts & More is looking for a FULL-TIME Graphic Designer/Customer service representative.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer/Customer Service Rep to join our on-site team! You will create graphics that will be printed to garments and other textiles. You will get to take part in every part of the process from initial design, final file preparation and production.
This is a great job for someone fresh out of college looking to get their foot in the door and get some design experience in the creative industry. We are fast paced and outcome oriented. The projects are diverse in that you never know what the next person coming through the door will want on a t-shirt or other garment. Our focus is on quality and fast turn-around times.
Responsibilities:
Customer service duties
Answer phone calls
Help customers in-store
Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
Handle graphic projects from initial concept to final production
Develop and maintain image library files
Submit designs for client approval
Prepare print ready files
Production duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and some CorelDraw
Deadline and detail-oriented
Customer service background a plus
Attention to detail
Eagerness to learn something new
