We are a vegan restaurant specializing in from-scratch comfort foods. Currently we are the top-rated restaurant on Yelp in the Omaha area, and we have received numerous accolades, from Restaurant Of The Year 2015 (VegNews), Best New Restaurant 2014 (Omaha World Herald) and Best Restaurant in Nebraska (Business Insider). We are expanding to a larger space and looking for a prep cook to grow with us.
What we are looking for:
Excellent knife skills
A few years prep experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen
Ability to self-manage
A positive attitude towards vegetable cooking
Basically, we need you to bang out that prep list like there's nothing to it. We are looking for someone who's willing to start as part-time with plenty of room to grow. Schedule can be flexible. The right candidate will get a quick raise if the job is done well.
