Assistant Kitchen Manager/Supervisor wanted (La Vista)

Clean, fast paced, high volume kitchen seeking PM supervisor able to lead. Looking to fill a BOH supervisor position with potential to move into management. This is a great group of hard working individuals that needs the right person to manage and motivate them. This position is ideal for someone career oriented who would like to learn both personal management skills and administrative duties as well. This role requires a balance between kitchen/cooking duties, administrative jobs such as inventory and ordering, ensuring proper food handling and safety guidlines are followed, and directly supervising staff. Good communication, both written and verbal, is very important. Experience with Microsoft Office a plus. Previous management experience preferred.
