Assists operations team meet service levelsconsistently by coordinating information among internal/external customers andresolving moderately complex operational issues.Essential Job Functions

Reviews asset movement service requests from varioussources for account funding, disbursements, securities transfers andtrading

Completes data entry of client information into varioussystems

Assists Financial Advisors with asset movementquestions.

Responds to various moderately complex operationalissues for internal and/or external customers.

Receives and reviews incoming work, contactingappropriate resources as needed.

Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects standarddocuments.

Maintains a moderate working knowledge of unitpolicies, procedures, standards and workflow.

May act as an escalation point.

May assist in identifying operational improvements.

May review and analyze daily reports and makerecommendations as necessary.

Other Job Duties:Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Experience

Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.

Requires less than 2 years prior relevant experience

Series 7, 63 preferred

Skills

Good knowledge of SEC, FINRA and MSRB rules.

Good knowledge of brokerage operations

Understanding of various asset movement requirements.

Communicates frequently with other departments andbranch employees to resolve escalated issues.

Utilizes multiple systems and software applications tocomplete required research.

Retains accurate and appropriate supportingdocumentation.

Trains other employees as requested.

Performs quality assurance reviews or user acceptancetesting as assigned
