services to assigned group of leaders and/or department(s). Completes assigned tasks and follows set

procedures with some independent coordination of administrative projects.

Reports to a department leader at the division director, vice president or

senior vice president level. Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Takesindependent action to meet critical business objectives. Sets and monitors objectives andstandards. Is known as a self-starter.

Prioritizescustomer service first and organizes other work around interactions with allinternal and external customers (in-person and phone).

Completesstandard clerical administrative processes such as mail processing, filing,faxing, scanning, copying, collating, and organizing.

Performsbasic calendaring function by sending meeting invitations on behalf ofleaders(s) upon request; may accept meeting invitations according toprescribed instruction.

Takesthe initiative to contact leader for direction when questions or concernsarise related to change initiatives.

Usesbasic technical skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets,presentations and department organizational charts. Runs and distributes standard reports.

Coordinatesbasic travel arrangements for leaders supported utilizing standard processesand resources.

Follows procedures and maintain proceduraldocumentation.

Coordinates/Leads administrative projects. Assists in the planning, coordination andsupport of meetings and conferences.

Distributes internal and external communications onbehalf of leader as requested. Providesbasic prooing services of leader communications before distribution,administers distribution lists.

Other duties as assigned by leader and organization.

QualificationsEducation:

High School Diploma

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1 year of general office, clerical, or business related experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

Great communication skills.

Ability to write correspondence.
