Locally owned security company is hiring for part-time personnel to fill shifts in the Lincoln and Crete, NE areas. (For more information, please visit our website at www.axiossecurityconsultants.com) Our shifts run overnight, weekends and holidays. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields. Military, Veterans and college students are encouraged to apply. (On-the-job training is provided)
Familiarity with basic electronic devices to include computer, cell phone, and security camera.
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Complete training prior to shift assignment.
Professional appearance, and effective communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Preferred, but not required:
Flexibility in shift assignment.
First Aid, CPR w/AED certified.
