Lincoln Guards Security Company has been providing professional Security and Protection Services in and around Lincoln since 1993.
We are currently hiring for AFTERNOONS, EVENINGS AND OVERNIGHTS.
Candidates
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age or older
Demonstrate a stable work history
Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal)
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Skills Required
Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
Effective oral and written communication skills
Active listening skills
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Attention to detail
Other
Must have access to reliable transportation a working cell phone or landline
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
Physical Requirements and Environment
Environment: Indoor and outdoor, temperature ranges from moderate to extreme cold and heat
Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
