Paycheck Advance is now hiring for customer service representatives.
A customer service representative at Paycheck Advance is responsible for, but not limited to, answering customers' questions, handling technical problems and collecting payments. Customer service representatives should be able to make a good impression with customers. Representatives must know how to project a professional image, both in the way they act and dress. They must be courteous to customers, handle their questions and issues in an easy-going manner and demonstrate a keen knowledge of the products and services offered by Paycheck Advance. The representatives usually take questions or discuss issues by phone or in person.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Providing fast, friendly customer service
-Open customer accounts by recording account information.
-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Money handling
-Assist customers with questions, both in person and on the phone
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
-Handle default accounts
-Process new applications
-Prepare bank deposits
-Light filing/scanning
-Other general office tasks as assigned
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Comfortable using a computer and multi line phone
-Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Ability to work well with a diverse group of people (employees & customers)
-Can work independently and in small groups
-Cash handling experience preferred
-Problem solving skills
Must be 18 to apply. Hours vary from 8am-8pm.
