Wild Bird Habitat is a backyard bird feeding specialty store that has been connecting families with nature since 1993. Job includes sales of backyard birding products and nature products. Providing information to customers on bird feeding, birds, and nature. Good communication skills with customers and retail experience a must. Will need to have knowledge of backyard bird feeding, and some general knowledge of birds and nature. Able to transport 50 lb. bags of wild bird feed to cars for customers on a cart. Knowledge of the pet food industry is a plus to help with our subsidiary business Arnie's Pet Food Store. Willing to expand and learn more about the bird feeding industry and pet foods. Willing to work as a team with other employees.We pride ourselves on customer service so the ability to work with the public is essential. Flexible hours. Training provided.
