The bakers assistant is primarily responsible for production of cinnamon rolls, muffins, bars, and assorted pastries. Reporting directly to our pastry chef, you would be part of a small team for a local company. Responsibilities will include: dough/pastry production, daily bakeoffs, filling daily delivery orders, properly rotating product inventory, and following proper sanitation guidelines.
Kitchen and Baking experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. 30+ hours a week.
