We are currently seeking an eager candidate to join our Team as a Service Desk Technician in either Grand Island or Hastings. Responsibilities, qualifications, and highlights below:
Work with cutting edge technology
Enhance your troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Receive mentoring from experienced systems engineers
Will be responsible for building, repairing and installing PC and Mac workstations for clients
Assist in the deployment of large and small scale network projects
Provide onsite assistance
Must be comfortable solving problems
Must have the ability to build partnerships with various teams
Provide technical support services to clients, including ticket tracking and documenting resolution beginning to end
Must be able to diagnose technical issues and find resolution following documented procedures
Ability to bring own solutions to the table
Self-managed and driven to solve problems
2-3 years of helpdesk experience a plus
Will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of server operating system, server application, desktop operating system and applicable hardware;

Switches
VPNs
Microsoft Windows 2003-2012 environments
Exchange/Office 365
Remote Desktop Services
Microsoft XP/Vista/Win7/Win8 and Office
Mobile Phone Support
Third party vendor management
Domain registrar and certificate management
VMware/Hyper-V
