Magpi Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Williston, ND to join our team!
Maintenance Supervisors will manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the residential buildings, equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, grounds keeping, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and overall facility appearance. The position supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Troubleshoot and repair and/or replace all mechanical failures of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and structural items.
-Complete work orders that are called into the office by the resident, returning completed work order to office staff within 24-48 hours.
-Work closely with Property Manager to schedule painting, cleaning, carpet (flooring) replacement and or cleaning on vacant units to ensure that the unit is made ready for occupancy in a timely manner.
-Assist Property Manager with scheduling and directing of all support personnel to complete Market Ready Apartments, Service Request, Preventative Maintenance and various property tasks as assigned.
-Assist Property Manager with scheduling and coordinating any vendors and contractor services needed on the property.
-Complete Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Inspections on all units within community.

Required Experience:
-High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
-Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor REQUIRED
-MUST have own tools/equipment
-Reliable and appropriate means of transportation and telephone
-Ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to climb ladders and to reach over head for extended periods of time.
