Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with department and hospital policies and procedures. Supervises and participates in the activities of the Long Term Care Department to assure the deliverance of quality care, promotion of comfort, maintenance of functional abilities and respect for patient's dignity. Job requirements: Current state licensure. Attends continuing education programs in order to maintain licensure, and CPR certification.
