A DAY IN A LIFE AS A RECRUITER
As a Recruiter, you will build partnerships with local companies to determine their hiring needs and business goals. You will establish relationships with people in your community to understand their career paths and wants/needs in a job. Then you will match the hiring companies with the skills of your job seekers to satisfy the both their needs.
You will be working in a small office but will have the support of the entire LC Staffing company. Your direct supervisor will provide extensive training to ensure your success as well as consistent feedback to help you grow as a person and in your career.

IS THIS A GOOD FIT?
If you are the kind of person who wants a lifelong career making a positive difference in our local community, this may be your calling! We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience; our software and specific skills can be taught. HR knowledge a plus and business degree preferred.
People who do well as a Recruiter have high energy, a sense of urgency, and are people influencers.
Compensation includes an hourly base wage plus monthly commission.
