Local Company seeking Part Time Administrative Assistant / Office Help. Approx. 20 hrs per week (Monday - Friday)
Duties would include (but are not limited to)
-Answering phones
-Assisting with Advertising / Marketing
-Sales Team Support (Preparing Quotes, Preparing Sales Orders, Assisting Customers in completing paperwork, ensure all paperwork is complete and filed properly)
-Parts / Shop Support (Parts ordering, Accurately manage a small amount of inventory and properly report sales of inventory, Assist with cleaning of Office and Shop area)
Strong Computer skills are a must!
