POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Maintenance Technician
Schedule: 20 hours/week
Compensation: $12.50/hr.
Location: Superior, Montana
Closing Date: Screening will begin October 5, 2020. Position is open until filled.

Job Summary:
This position performs routine maintenance work such as general repairs, carpentry, equipment maintenance, painting, snow shoveling and other maintenance at several housing complexes in a professional and timely manner. Directs the Maintenance Assistant and assures assigned work is completed in a professional efficient manner. Reduces the time for rental units between vacancy and rent ready by prioritizing the rent readiness of vacant units.
Minimum Qualifications:
Sufficient experience to provide strong working knowledge of maintenance and repair practices and techniques.
