Be a part of a lively neighborhood and project! We are looking for a reliable lead cook to operate the Sawmill Grille Food Truck. Outgoing individual with a positive customer service attitude. This position requires flexibility and coordination with OSD team and willingness to cater to OSD planned events and work in collaboration with Dog & Bicycle Cafe manager & employees.
Truck operation hours are 11 am - 2 pm, Tuesday-Thursday with the opportunity to expand. Working hours would include prep, set up, tear down and clean up of truck and supplies/ingredients.
Hours = 15-20+/week
Job responsibilities:
Operate & drive Sawmill Grille Food Truck
Set staff schedules based on OSD events/catering-along with Manager
Design and implement simple, delicious, 'from scratch' menus & set prices
Order correct product
Know how to cross use product
Be available for outside events with OSD businesses
