GroWise Be Well is a holistic and inspirational lifestyle company in the early stages of development of a full K-12 curricula that is holistic, experiential, and metaphysical. Curriculum Manager responsibilities include managing a team of researchers toward the production of a full suite of educational tools and curricula, while acting as a conduit to the CEO of GroWise Be Well. Applicant is expected to stay current on latest trends, developments, research, and conversation in the field of alternative, holistic and homeschool education, as well as tracking all production timelines and ensuring deliverables are on schedule. The GWBW educational philosophy combines aspects of Rudolf Steiner, place-based education, and Reggio-Emilia with metaphysical learning, project and narrative-based assessment, and holistic tools like essential oils, crystals, yoga, and gluten-free, dairy-free, organic/non-GMO nutrition. The GWBW curricula takes a stand against testing, grades, and Common Core Education. Formal experience in education is not required, but applicant must believe in holistic health and alternative education, and preference will be given to those with experience in homeschooling.
