Based in North Idaho with a new office in Fargo, ND, this growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced professional, with partner track potential. This position is located at the home office in Sandpoint, Idaho.

What you need to apply:
CPA or CPA candidate/eligible
2-3+ yrs recent experience in Accounting. Tax heavy experience is helpful, or 2+ yrs recent Public Accounting with auditing experience
Possess a solid small business accounting background
Knowledge of all facets of “bookkeeping related” issues, including QuickBooks, payroll processing, sales tax, employee setup and reporting, etc.
Enjoy working with small business owners with a track record of cultivating strong client relationships
Strong corporate tax experience
Proven ability to work well with clients (small/medium/large businesses, different industries, for profit and not-for-profit organizations)
Stable work history
Strong computer skills and the ability to embrace new technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What you will be doing:
Prepare and review tax returns for a wide range of businesses
Auditing of government, corporate, and non-profit entities
Review and prepare financial statements and projections
Consulting and financial planning
Build client relationships, business development
Minimal travel
