One to three years of full time hands on experience managing/supporting business class network technologies. 1 or more technical certifications (MCP, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCA) or equivalent 2-year or 4-year college degree. Technical Skills: Windows Server Email Active Directory Hyper V Switching Firewalls Backups Exposure to These Products is a Plus: HP and Dell Servers Remote Monitoring & Management Software: example Kaseya Connectwise or other similar service management tools.
