CoRental Property Management, INC. and CO R.E. Investment Properties, INC. are highly respected housing and real estate organizations. Managing over 550 Single Family, Apartment and Commericial properties throughout the Flathead Valley. We seek a skilled Property Manager to assist in care for our Owners, Tenants and Suppliers along with supporting our Real Estate Department.

We are also looking for a Administration Assistant to answer phones and help customers with their needs. Assist with office work associated with both Property Management and Real Estate.

Position Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, vendors, potential applicants and current residents in a professional and calm manner.

Assist potential applicants over the telephone, and in person, with the resident screening process.

Assist Realtors, Buyers and Sellers with setting up showings at listed properties.

Assist the Accounting Department with receiving incoming checks.

Assist with the implementation and reporting of results of the annual resident survey.

Process applications with background screening company.

Review and track commercial tenant and vendor certificates of insurance.

Forward call center emails to appropriate staff and maintain a summary spreadsheet.

Assist Property Management and Real Estate staff with additional administrative tasks and projects, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience with multi-line telephone systems and balancing several calls at once.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and accurate.

Ability to understand, interpret, and apply general administrative and departmental policies and procedures.

Exceptional customer service ability, including problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and tactfully to

customer requests.

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Dependable, self-motivated and organized individual skilled at multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and producing high quality

work.

Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude a must.

Clean Driving Record, MT Driver's License and own car with insurance

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and/or training in federal fair housing laws and landlord/tenant laws.

Knowledge of Montana Landlord Tenant Act.

Prior experience working with Propertyware or Appfolio property management software.

Knowledge of Real Estate Rules and Regulations
