NeighborWorks Montana is seeking a skilled project coordinator in the Kalispell area to be part of our Northwest Montana Community Land Trust (CLT) Project. This person will work to support the current CLT homes as well as CLT expansion. Applicant must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in mortgage lending. This person will also develop, implement, and carry out processes and procedures related to CLT and homeowner compliance. This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours a week.
