Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative position will have the primary focus on phone sales, email and web communications with all customers. This includes managing customer orders, order entry, general customer services, customer relations, working with Sales Representatives, Production, Purchasing, and other departments within the company.
Experience: 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred
High attention to detail and ability to be thorough and accurate
Must possess excellent communication skills
High proficiency with computer keyboarding including Office, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with direct communication
Ability to multi-task easily and competently work under stress
