LC Staffing Kalispell is partnering with a local office to hire a long-term Payroll Specialist.
The Payroll Specialist will process payroll, file wages and tax statements, accurately record staff leaves/absences, and general bookkeeping. Other duties may include maintaining inventory and maintaining records of other business departments.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Five years of office experience.
One year of payroll experience preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
Strong math skills.
Accurate, efficient, discreet, and professional.
Excellent customer service demeanor.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm with starting wages at $13.84-$17.72 per hour. Full benefits offered.
