Looking to hire a part time Mortgage Field Inspectors to conduct property and occupancy inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in the Helena area. Part time commitment and flexible times (daytime hours only). Must be able to pass a background check.
Depending on production pay ranges from $1500-2000 per month (5-8 days a month) . We pay per inspection completed.
Must have access to Computer/Scanner/Printer, Smartphone (Either Iphone or Droid), and reliable personal vehicle.
Skills Needed: Reliability, great Communication, self-motivated, basic computer skills, and professionalism.
Job involves taking pictures of properties and filling out short reports. No need for prior experience. We can train you. We are family run business based out of Colorado. We have a great team and looking to add a few more members to our team.
