Fort Shaw Irrigation District is looking for a District Manager. Ideally this candidate will have experience
supervising others and working in the irrigation field. There are plenty of perks that come with this stable

Job Duties will include:
Oversee the day to day operations of Fort Shaw Irrigation District.
Responsible for storage, regulation and distribution of the Districts irrigation water supply and supervision
of District employees.
May perform skilled work in various construction and/or maintenance trades.
Prepare and submit annual operation budget to the Board. Keeps operational records and prepares
routine reports.
Applicant should possess the following:
Construction skills,
Strong communication skills,
Human resource management skills,
Knowledge and ability to conduct safety training,
Commercial Drivers License (or obtain one within 60 days of hiring)
Technology skills
Successful candidate, if possible will need to reside within or close to the district (Fort Shaw, Sun River, Simms) upon hiring.
