Chaz Limited Collision Express, the leading certified collision repair organization of Alaska, is looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our sales team! We are looking for an enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to help people. Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have a valid driver license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation and at least 5 years of experience in preparing estimates and handling files in a high volume production shop. CCCone estimating and experience with Insurance DRP guidelines is required. Experience with Audatex, Mitchell and Nexysis would be highly preferred. I-Car and manufacturer certifications are a huge plus. The ideal candidate must be able to accurately assess collision damage, prepare an estimate for all levels of collision damage, and effectively communicate with all part vendors, sublet vendors, insurance adjusters, management, colleagues, and customers. Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills are critical for this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Write accurate, profitable damage reports

Review reports with customers and insurance companies

Negotiate supplemental repairs with insurance company representatives

Participate in daily production meetings

Ensure all parts are ordered on sold repairs

Ensure every customer is up to date on status of repairs to their vehicle

Consistently update repair statuses in management system to reflect current status of all vehicle repairs

Personally present repaired vehicle to each customer

Maintain an exceptional CSI rating to meet or exceed Company goals

Develop and nurture customer and insurance relationships

Collect A/R for all assigned folders

Upload Final Bills for completed repairs
