Full-time Customer Service Representative position now available with a rapidly growing device manufacturer in Bozeman. This company offers much room for growth and advancement opportunities.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer calls, assisting with sales, processing incoming orders, following up on sales quotes, resolving customer complaints or escalating to the supervisor, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Position will pay up to $19.00 per hour and comes with outstanding benefits. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift.
