Responsibilities

Preparation, formatting and filing of necessary legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery and trial documents.

Document management and file management, both physical and electronic, for litigated, non-litigated and all legal matters; tracking dates and deadlines and delivering copies of all new contracts; copying and scanning as necessary.

Responsible for corporate and contractor licensing for multiple business entities in multiple jurisdictions.

Managing legal calendar including dates and deadlines for contract review and negotiations and litigation dates and deadlines.

Tracking, managing and keeping up to date all legal resources both electronic and hard copies.

Keep current list of legal disputes, claims, arbitrations, lawsuits and respond to marketing inquiries re same.

Track and maintain all dates and deadlines for legal licenses for all attorneys in multiple jurisdictions including bar dues requirements and continuing legal education requirements.

Tracking, managing and keeping up to date all legal resources both electronic and hard copies.

Provide assistance to other departments on an as-needed basis and as workload permits.
