Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill is looking for a motivated, dynamic & hard working individual to lead our Front of House team! The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day service to ensure our guests are having an exceptional experience and help select, develop and manage the service staff. The Copper Dining Room Manager will be instrumental with assisting in the day to day operations to help maintain service expectations and to adhere to all company's policies, standards and strategies to ensure optimal productivity and to achieve business goals,
Requirements:
-Three years in table side service required with at least one years management experience preferred
-Possess extensive knowledge of food, spirits and service skills
-Must be able to work evening, weekends & holidays
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and abilities
-Provide leadership and guidance to team members
-Provide both insight and tools for efficiency and improvement of service
-Be able to stand for long periods of time
