Property Management Firm seeks qualified Maintenance Lead to support beautiful communities in the Billings, MT area.
Maintenance Lead must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Lead must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined below. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized and motivated leader with a positive attitude, self-initiative and the ability to multi-task diverse assignments and responsibilities.
1) Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
2) Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
3) Make ready/turnover units for new move in
4) Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
5) Complete resident work orders in a quality and timely manner
6) Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
7) Pool maintenance experience preferred
8) Coordinate special projects as directed by Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Education/Qualification
High School Diploma or GED Required
Valid Drivers License Required
Reliable Transportation Required
