Key responsibilities of this Property Manager position include leading and inspiring all colleagues, managing leasing and marketing activities to achieve defined goals, coordinating market analysis on a regular ongoing basis, managing resident communication and satisfaction, and managing and reporting on property financials.
If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the skills for success, we want to talk to you! Ideal candidates have at least 3 years' residential property management experience, strong organizational and time management skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi a plus!), and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Our requirements also include proficient skills in reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, excellent interpersonal relations and communications, and a passion for customer-focused service. Reimbursement of relocation expenses will be considered.
