Are you our next Manager of the Year? Sterling Group, an award-winning property management developer, is seeking an experienced Property Manager for North Gate Apartments, located in Williston, North Dakota.

Sterling Group expects Property Managers to bring their business knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for performance to the job. Key responsibilities of this Property Manager position include leading and inspiring all colleagues, managing leasing and marketing activities to achieve defined goals, coordinating market analysis on a regular ongoing basis, managing resident communication and satisfaction, and managing and reporting on property financials.

If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the skills for success, we want to talk to you! Ideal candidates have at least 3 years' residential property management experience, strong organizational and time management skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi a plus!), and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Our requirements also include proficient skills in reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, excellent interpersonal relations and communications, and a passion for customer-focused service. Reimbursement of relocation expenses will be considered.
