Gensco has an immediate opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team in Billings, Montana. The Branch Manager will be responsible for attaining Gensco's goals for customer service, inside sales, branch operations, Team Member development, and profitability and will perform a full range of management responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Skills:
High school diploma or GED required
Excellence in prior job performance required
Gensco experience preferred
A college degree preferred
3+ years related lead or supervisory experience preferred
Prior outside sales experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
Strong decision making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions
Strong negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong people management and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job done
Thinks creatively and identifies improvement opportunities in sales and operations
Positive approach toward challenging situations
Able to operate computer terminal, personal computer and office machines
Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone
Able to travel to multiple facilities as required and overnight(s) if necessary
Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)
Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
Able to organize people and promote teamwork
