Woodard Cleaning & Restoration is seeking hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Team. Main duties:
Providing water mitigation/drying and mold remediation services to homes and businesses
Communicating with customers so they fully understand the mitigation process
Performing deconstruction and removal of affected structure utilizing hand and power tools
Ideal Candidate:
Willing to learn and grow with the company
Construction, demo, or carpentry experience
Leadership qualities - military, sports, or previous work
Average technical/computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
Ability to cover rotating on-call schedule
Flexibility to shifts that include weekends and/or 10 hour days
Ability to obtain Class E and DOT certification
Ability to successfully complete onboarding to include pre-employment drug screening and background checks
