We are currently seeking an organized, detailed, enthusiastic, fast-paced Helpdesk / IT Tech Support Specialist with strong interpersonal, communication, administrative, and customer service skills; 1+ years' of direct IT support experience required. Should have a minimum of an intermediate to advanced knowledge of a personal computer, including Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook This position will have the opportunity to work directly with the Director of IT on special projects for the company.
In this role youll provide technical support including PC/hardware support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Internship experience or 0-2 years of Technical Support/Help Desk Experience
Strong Customer Service Skills
Basic Hardware and Troubleshooting Experience
Certifications such as A+ or Network+ a bonus
