Job Title: Program Manager for the Cyber Security Plan ProgramJob Description: This position will be responsible for Program Management activities to lead and drive changes for the Cyber Security Plan ProgramThe ideal candidate must have exceptionally strong program/project management experience in a global setting, having worked in some level experience with Security related initiatives. Candidate must be a strong self-starter as well as able to manage competing priorities. He/she must possess excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills (written, verbal, and instant) while able to build and maintain strong working relationships within a global, culturally diverse program.Responsibilities: Partner with IT and Business Leads to facilitate project/program business case, initiation, scoping, planning, and funding approval processes with a focus on the overall program Provide overall program leadership, guidance, and manage all aspects of a given program, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation Create and maintain a consolidated program-level plan and review PM plans to ensure alignment to meet program timelines and objectives, including workstream interdependencies Establish and manage change control, contingency planning, testing and launch readiness processes Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines Proactively set performance expectations and help project managers and subordinates manage expectations of delivery and requirements, yielding consistent results Perform program financial oversight and analysis Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program align with business priorities Manage program-level risks and interdependencies Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders Partner with IT and Business sponsors to lead steering team meetings and communicate program progress and status to steering team and senior management Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork, drive escalation and resolution of issues Identify, support and coach project managers within the program Provide technical expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of program, projects, and initiatives Provide program reporting and status to senior management Review program budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the budget-resolution process Maintain excellent relationships with all levels of the matrix organization Establish metrics that are true indicators of the program health Required Qualifications: Proven leadership and influence skills including the ability to influence when there is no direct reporting relationship Experience in managing large sized projects/programs across multiple disciplines and/or teams Demonstrated leadership ability, business & digital acumen, and industry knowledge Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites Ability to build networks and relationships at all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Superior negotiation skills Strong team orientation, collaboration skills, and interpersonal skills Strong Technical expertise & results orientation Expertise in defining and improving processes Ability to make difficult decisions and to involve others sufficiently in the decision-making process 10 or more years of Project management experience 5 or more years of Program management experience Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: Project Management certification Knowledge or understanding of software development lifecycle principles and methodologies Experience with working within an Agile Framework and teams Must have demonstrated leadership ability, business & digital acumen, and industry knowledge Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites Adept at helping team members harness and develop strengths in pursuit of successful program outcomes Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision Ability to make decisions independently and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations Strong analytical and financial skills Proven problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Effective influencing approach Adept at understanding technical components and how they address the business needs of a Project/Program. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels Ability to succeed in a dynamic matrix organization Readily applies principles and practices from one functional area to enhance another.
