Carpenter and General Maintenance Positions Available - Full Time
Property management company looking to hire honest full-time carpenters and general maintenance technicians, to perform home and commercial maintenance and rehab.
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, etc. Proficient at trim work, hanging doors, drill and set door hardware, set windows, layout for stairs and common rafters, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, set cabinets, light electrical, and plumbing and kitchen & bath.
Extensive knowledgeable and experience is necessary.
Must have 5 years minimum experience.
Must be a highly organized self-starter.
Must have own tools and truck & valid driver's license.
Must pass a drug test.
No Felonies or DUI's in the 5-years.
Must have a professional and positive attitude as well as work well with others.
Must keep a clean jobsite.
Must have 3 personal references
