DNI Properties, Inc. specializes in Association Property Management and is interviewing for a qualified Association Community property manager. As a DNI property manager you will lead the business needs of a portfolio of HOA community properties. Candidates will possess at least 2 years or more of direct HOA property management experience or 5 years or more of multi-family.
Qualifications include; Leadership, problem solving and experience managing HOA and or multi-family communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills have experience with budgets and general financial management.
Candidates must have experience managing properties, setting priorities, and problem solving. As a community manager you will assist board members with the daily business needs of their communities. You will work independently and in concert with DNI management. General duties would include; managing the administrative needs of each community, property inspections, community financial reporting, budgeting, board meetings, and management of vendors / contractors. Evening and annual meetings are required.
Other Skills: Strong computer skills, use of Excel Spreadsheets, accuracy with regard to grammar, writing, proofing, and proficiencies with Microsoft Office software. Ability to multi-task, organize and manage higher levels of detail. Verbal and written communications, verbal presentation in small or large group settings, negotiating, problem solving and attention to follow-up are critical attributes of both positions.
