Willow Properties is looking for a part-time handyman / property manager for 30 apartments located in Lebanon, IL and O'Fallon, IL.
Job could potentially be two roles, so feel free to apply as either. Ideal person could do both.
Job would require 15-25 hrs a week. Hours are flexible. Some would be in the evening or weekends.
60% handyman tasks:
Fix Toilets / Sinks
Replace High ceiling lights
Fix Doors
Patch walls
Inspect appliances
Fix Towel Racks, etc.
Some Painting
40% management tasks:
Good interpersonal skills and communication with tenants, prospects, contractors, and owners.
Inspecting units for move-in and move-out.
Show apartments to prospective tenants.
Manage maintenance requests and complaints.
Good computer skills to for email and documentation
Collect rent from tenants.
Work with contractors to schedule and supervise bigger projects.
Monitor parking lots and building.
Be available for after-hour emergencies from time to time.
Previous property management / handyman experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation: $20-25 / hr, depending on experience
