Seeking individuals to inspect properties in and around Knox, Mercer, Rock Island and Henry counties. The goal is to verify occupancy/the condition of the home. While at the property, you will need to do the following: take photo (front view, address, neighborhood, street sign and occupancy indicators), post any necessary documentation (provided with each work order) and other simple tasks (dependent of work order) spending an average of one to 10 minutes at a property. To properly complete this job, you will need access to the following: computer with internet, GPS (phone will work fine), camera (phone will work fine), reliable transportation along with good organization and communication skills. Knowledge of EZ inspections as well as inspectorade and an active Aspen Grove number are a plus (if not, you MUST be able to pass a background check)! This is the perfect opportunity for someone already completing inspections who is looking to add more work to their existing route or anyone looking for something part time to supplement income.
