The Maintenance Technician's duties include:
Prepare units to move-in ready condition
Responds to resident service requests and issues
Preventative maintenance and reports any concerns to Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
General maintenance, electrical, plumbing, experience
HVAC certification or willing to obtain within first 90 days of employment
Perform evening/weekend rotating on-call responsibilities
Candidates must also have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
Pay is based on experience and certifications.
