The Century Group Inc. is looking to hire a maintenance technician to join our team for apartment complexes in the South County and Fenton areas. View our locations at www.centurygroupinc.com, techs are assigned to a group of the properties listed, 2 to 5 locations total. The position is full time M-F 8:00-4:30 and emergency service call duty is rotated between maintenance personal 1 week at a time, so 1 in every 10 weeks or so.
Must have the following:
At least 2 years' experience in the same field or related fields. Trainee program also available if you have less experience. If your interested in the trainee program, state on your reply, trainee program, along with your resume.
Your own tools, smart phone, and transportation
Live in a nearby area (within 30 minutes or so)
Required skills/duties include:
General maintenance and all aspects of household repairs
Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Painting
Drywall repair
Other desired, but not required, skills include: HVAC certified, rehab, and carpentry.
$17-$25 per hour, skill based. Plus seasonal bonus for HVAC certified. Benefits include retirement plan, paid holidays and vacation.
